Each couples’ planning experience is tailored to fit their unique vision and priorities. This is a completely custom option for the couples who want a trusted advisor to guide and manage their planning journey from beginning to end.
All Planning Experiences Include:
Timeline + Floorplan
Detailed timeline developed and distributed to vendors one month prior to wedding day, along with the floorplan, and other important documents.
Rehearsal
We will conduct the rehearsal, review timeline with the wedding party, and answer any questions about day-of details.
Event Duties
Planner + 1 Assistant* for 10 hours, directing the flow and timing of event until send off, managing any potential problems, and remaining the point of contact so you can party in peace.
Planning Meetings
5+ planning meetings, including a final walk through at the venue. These virtual planning meetings are a great check in!
Planning Platform
Monthly access to our online planning platform, where we track budget, guest list, RSVPs, our master checklist, and other details. 5 months included in all packages.
Design Development
Cohesive design of layout and decor, including selection of florals, stationery, linens, and other aesthetic elements.
Personalized Services
Vendor Selection
Assistance with booking 5+ vendor categories, including contract review. Vendor referrals provided.
Budget Management
Budget generation for the overall event, and tracking for each category and subcategory of the budget.
*Additional Assistants
For groups of 200+ guests, wedding parties of 20+ attendants, and/or events taking place in multiple venues.
