A pre-built package for the couples who want to manage their own planning process, then sit back and enjoy their special day, knowing the management of the event is taken care of.
Planning Meetings
3 planning meetings, including the final walk through at the venue. These two-hour sessions can be virtual or face-to-face!
Timeline and Floorplan
Detailed timeline generated and distributed to vendors one month prior to wedding day, along with the floorplan, and other important documents.
Rehearsal
Preparation for and direction of rehearsal, review of timeline with the wedding party, and answering any questions.
Day of Coordination
Vendor Referrals
Access to our preferred vendors list, as well as referrals to providers of any additional services you may need.
Event Duties
Planner + 1 Assistant* for 10 hours, directing the flow and timing of event until send off, managing any potential problems, and remaining the point of contact so you can party in peace.
Additional Assistants
For groups of 200+ guests, wedding parties of 20+ attendants, and/or events taking place in multiple venues.
